Minimum Qualifications * Active Real Estate License Required * Willingness to obtain additional licenses based on business need * 2+ years sales experience * Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, inclusive of active listening skills, and a positive and energetic phone demeanor * Extremely self-motivated, results oriented and with a diligent work ethic * High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company * Ability to work independently, in team settings, and build cross-functional relationships * Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office * Available to work weekends and evenings (homeowners need us in the morning, at night and on the weekends!) * Proven multi-tasker who excels in fast-paced environments * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions * Ability to use critical thinking skills to review, summarize, and report findings, and recommendations * Intermediate-level technology experience (ie. Microsoft Office, etc.) Preferred Qualifications * You have experience working with CRM applications * You have experience working with new home builders and in partnership with real estate agents. * You have the desire to be part of a team changing the way people buy and sell homes. * You have experienced in telephone sales center environment Position Summary The Partner Solutions Advisor (PSA) is responsible for finding the best possible Offerpad solution for our REALTOR-- partners and clients working with our Home Builder Partners. The Partner Solutions Advisor is knowledgeable in the process of selling a home, working with licensed real estate agents representing their clients and the new home construction process. Partner Solution Advisors are relentless in their pursuit to help others and thrive in a fast-changing environment. This role requires skill in building rapport with the client, assessing their client's home selling needs, evaluating the clients' circumstances, and offering and negotiating the best possible services, products and offer that align with those needs. The PSA works in partnership with Offerpad's Home Builder Services Directors, Agent Partnership Managers, Acquisition, Transaction Management, and Disposition, Contracts and Closing Teams to provide the client with a first-rate home selling experience. Essential Functions * Be the dedicated resource for homeowners as they explore the solutions provided by Offerpad. * Able to effectively communicate the value of our offer and convey vital information between partner teams, homeowner's and agents. * Manage a pipeline of leads with a sense of urgency, timeliness and proactive follow up. * Understanding of new home sales, new build process, timelines and home builders. * Build client rapport, understand home buying and selling needs; discuss Offerpad products and services and uncover client circumstances to recommend the best solutions * Work closely with all levels of leadership, adept multi-tasking, communication, and active listening skills, as well as solid Real Estate knowledge and experience. * Convert inquiries to signed offers and listings, providing a "Best in Class" customer experience. * Possess the ability to establish and sustain collaborative partnerships with real estate agents, multiple internal divisions, business groups and teams involved in the home buying and selling process.
