It all begins with you.The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company's risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo's risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.This position will be responsible for the analysis and negotiation of highly sophisticated real estate acquisitions, dispositions and lease transactions in highly competitive markets. Typical transactions may include competing for acquisitions of prime sites in our most aggressive markets. This position requires candidate to execute and coordinate complex projects and be familiar with all aspects of the Wells Fargo due diligence and risk avoidance processes. Functions include:

  • conducting site tours
  • preparing analyses
  • negotiating terms and conditions
  • marketing and disposing of surplus space
  • hiring and supervising outside consultants
  • reviewing leases and contract documentation
  • conducting presentations for approvals and maintaining ongoing contact with internal senior management.Open to additional Wells Fargo locations in the Western region.     • 10+ years of properties negotiation experience, lease negotiation experience, or a combination of bothDesired Qualifications
      • A BS/BA degree or higher
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Strong presentation skills
      • Solid negotiation skills
      • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
      • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
      • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
      • Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
      • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
      • Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
      • SAP experience
