Job Description:

We are looking to add two Level 1 Help Desk Resources to an existing team. 2 shift options 8-5 Monday through Friday and 4:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. This is NOT a remote position, must be able to work on site in Chandler, AZ. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming calls and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Provide remote technical support (Bomgar) Ask probing questions to determine nature of problem. Walk end user through problem-solving process. Install, modify, and repair computer software and hardware Troubleshoot problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) Install computer peripherals for end users. Ability to lift at least 25lbs (we ship out the replacement equipment as needed) Walk users through our equipment setup guide Walk end user through resetting their modem/ router Help others on the team when they have questions/ need help resolving an issue Work with team to improve current documentation / how toguides To learn more about this opportunity apply today or call Sue Duenkel at 315-233-4067.
