Come join our team!We are looking for friendly, customer service oriented professionals to join the Freeway Chevrolet service department. As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will own the customer experience in the service lane and will be well versed in product offerings, vehicle needs, technician recommendations, and customer service. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry, or hospitality.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee the flow of the drive lane, ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service
• Assist customers with scheduling services, writing service orders, and advising of necessary service, estimating cost and time to complete repairs
• Obtain customer authorizations and collect payments
• Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day
• Inform customers of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Provide concierge support over the phone and in person, for all owner inquiries
• Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers, and distribute work between technicians efficiently.Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience
  • Prior service advisor/writer experience is a PLUS!
  • Friendly and welcoming personality

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
