Successful candidates are organized, detail oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates have previous dealership title experience.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Prepare paperwork for the titling of new, used and wholesale transactions
• Process refund checks to customers
• Reconcile title and registration schedules
• Submit vehicle contracts and other required documents to lenders
• Submit all legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Stay abreast of title regulations
• Assist in other areas of accountingDesired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Previous dealership title experience is required
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Available to work Monday through Friday
  • Computer literacy
  • Precise, thorough, and determined to meet high quality standards
  • Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
