Implement theprocurement strategy for the commodity/portfolio at the allocatedbusiness/region level. You will work with the strategic procurement teams andwith operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Procurement leadership and expertise
Understand industry trends, suppliers' capability
Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities
Source and negotiate agreements with suppliers
Support functional transformation
Analyze and measure the supplier performance
Maximize use of electronic procurement tools
Negotiate agreements for products or services
Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor Degree
2+ years procurement experience
2+ years experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status

Self-starter; ability to work with little to no supervision, Ability to review data and spot trends, Ability to reach consensus with internal and external customers
Ability to build long term working relationships with team and customer base both internal and external
Ability to understand customer's position and situation
Self-starter; ability to work with little to no supervision
Good knowledge of procurement tools and processes related to assigned commodities
