history.Northrop Grumman Space Systems is searching for a Engineer
Systems to join our Digital Engineering (DE) team of qualified,
diverse individuals to support Digital Transformation within the
Launch Vehicles business unit in Chandler, AZ.The ideal candidate
shall perform two main systems roles: Methodology Developer and
Product Owner for User Experience and Documentation.In this role,
the candidate will work with a team to develop model-based
solutions to support program execution and govern the uniformity
and cohesion of User Experience and Documentation.Methodology
Development includes:
- Executing a DevOps process to create solutions that integrate
with the current methodology.
- Understanding stakeholder needs and transforming said needs
into model constructs.
- Explain to stakeholders any issues/concerns, for managing the
information in a model.
- Strive for continuous improvement/efficiencies in the
approach.User Experience and Documentation:
- Identify the scope of releases and approve, all
additions/modifications to Documentation solutions.
- Review and confirm that all added or modified capabilities are
well-formed, documented and follow template criteria.
- Track documentation tasks, and work with document owners, to
ensure document efforts are on plan.
- Perform document releases, as needed. Inclusive of updating the
Revision History for completeness.
- Collaborate with Customers and Product Owners to study user
experiences, and monitor usability, to further improve both tool
and program experiencesBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Engineering degree plus 2 years of
experience; Master's degree plus 0 years of experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Security ClearancePreferred, but
not Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile Framework
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience with MagicDraw/Cameo Systems Modeler
- Experience with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) Salary Range:
$71,100 USD - $106,700 USD Employees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
