About the Opportunity:Our Associate Product Support Anaylsts build
and manage the scholarship database that supports our product,
Scholarship Universe (SU) and help manage student responses and
task management for RaiseMe (RM). The Associate Product Support
Anaylst -will primarily work in the SU database reviewing,
updating, and publishing private external scholarships that are
matched to student users within the SU website. - -In addition, the
Associate Product Support Anaylst -team will review, coordinate,
and respond to ticketing requests from external customers, internal
teams and students in regard to requests in the ScholarshipUniverse
(SU) database or in RaiseMe (RM). If youare a self-starter,
problem-solver, and analytical thinker who sweats the details, we
