Role and responsibilities
Customer service focus on HMI tool performance of new customer fab. From system install till warranty end and contract start. We co-work with different department to make high performance system on customer site. Follow line manger assign in Customer Service group.

  • Present Daily, Weekly, Quarterly, and Annually Prevent maintain in customer side.
  • Report abnormal tools status.
  • Tool's Base line data collection and instant issue handling.
  • Trouble-shooting handling and root cause analysis.
  • Tool installation /upgrades /routine maintained and trouble-shooting.
  • Understanding customer requirement and supporting.
  • OJT/Mentoring for on-site junior HMI FSE.
  • On duty/On call sheet required.
  • Should expect to spend more than 50% of the time inside the clean room working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
    Education and experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
