About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Digital Product Manager. This position will report to the Head of ICS Transformation. As an Agile Product Enablement Leader, you must have a big-picture mindset and a deep passion to evangelize the transformation of large organizations from a project-centric delivery model into a highly functional product delivery model organized around solving customer problems and delivering business value. You will lead a matrixed team to drive a cultural shift that focuses on the adoption of the cybersecurity product model, agile practices, engineering best practices, and workflow reporting tools. This role is responsible for providing a broad spectrum of duties including but not limited to: executing the ICS transformation roadmap, maturing products and product areas, and supporting the alignment of this model with the overall ICS strategy and capability maturity model; supporting development of multi-year plans and business cases in alignment with the overall ICS strategy and product framework. This role operates with minimal supervision and will need to be able to take high level strategic objectives and translate them into actionable steps to deliver the desired outcome. They will need to collaborate with other transformation leads and influence all levels of the organization to embrace a new way of thinking, working and delivering business outcomes. In this role, you will:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor to the organization
  • Evangelizing the benefits of operating with a product mindset to get engagement and buy-in from teams, particularly non-software development teams
  • Influencing and negotiating with senior leaders across functions to drive product adoption
  • Designing cross functional product and product areas in alignment with cybersecurity and financial services industry frameworks (NIST CSF, BIAN)
  • Provide strategic direction to working groups to meet transformation deliverables
  • Cross team coordination to develop and execute multi-year plan in alignment with maturity model, strategy, and product framework
  • Ensures executive presentations are prepared and coordinated to meet deliverables
  • Tell the story of the ICS product adoption progress to internal and external stakeholders using OKRs
  • Be a change champion
  • Curate content, facilitate or conduct ICS Transformation forums
  • Lead continuous process improvement based on analysis and customer feedback to drive overall process maturity
  • Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications, US:
    • 10+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    • 10+ years of technology experience
    • 7+ years of experience delivering Agile projects utilizing multiple methods to include Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, LeSS, etc.
    • 5+ years of experience leading large Agile transformations or change management within matrixed organizations
    • 5 + years information cybersecurity experience Desired Qualifications:
      • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
      • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
      • Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level
      • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
      • Experience navigating through ambiguity
      • Strong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently
      • Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution
      • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
      • Advanced knowledge of Information and Cyber Security topics and organizations
      • 10+ years of experience in consulting or Information Security strategic position at a large
      • company
      • Experience in large business case development
      • In-depth understanding of information security threats, trends and industry best practices and security tools
      • Advanced information and cyber security presentation and communications development experience
      • Jira expertise
      • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint
      • Information Security Certifications such as CISSP or CISM
