Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.Role description & Responsibilities:Candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing and test activities for electronic assemblies used in various space launch vehicles. Specific duties may include: supporting development of processes and procedures for the assembly and test of electronic assemblies; reviewing and approving drawings; documenting and dispositioning hardware discrepancies and pursuing root cause and corrective actions; supporting required MRB processing; perform inspection of components and assemblies; supporting manufacturing activities with supervisors, program engineers and various customer organizations; reviewing design changes on WIP or completed assemblies; analyzing data for trends and recommending changes to improve process and product quality, interfacing with suppliers for auditing and corrective action/continuous improvement related to component assemblies and parts.Basic Qualifications:14 Years with Bachelors in Science; 12 Years with Masters; 9 Years with PhD.U.S. Citizenship is requiredSecret security clearance and/or active secret security clearance is requiredExperience and Required SkillsIdeal candidate shall possess related work experience working with mechanical/electrical assemblies, pneumatic systems, structures, and tooling.Shows strong leadership and decision-making skillsShould have a demonstrated ability to work without oversight and in a multi-discipline team environment, providing insight and solutions to complicated issues both technical and procedural.Work related experience should demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility. Extensive Root Cause and Problem Solving experience is highly desirable.Discrepancy Reporting and MRB experience. System integration and range safety experience.Extensive experience working with TipQa, MES, and CostPoint softwareProficient at planning /organization, and decision-making skills.Salary Range: $122,500 USD - $183,700 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
