Job Description:

Kforce's client, a growing and established Semiconductor Technology company in the Chandler, AZ area is seeking a couple of Wafer Fab Technicians. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. This role will be reporting to the Production Supervisor and based in our Chandler, Arizona location. Working with our Fab operations team, the Wafer Fab Technician will work with Equipment Engineering for innovative memory products. These are compressed week shifts. Responsibilities:

Quality - Attention to detail is a requirement; Verification of lot/tool status
Operation - Running qualifications on production equipment; Evaluating qualification data using statistical analysis tools to verify quality; Running production lots on tools
Sustaining - Troubleshooting when out of control conditions for lots and/or tools occurs and performing OCAP (out of control action plans); Performing recipe adjustments and other corrective measures for lots and/or tools per engineering instructions
Maintenance - Performing preventative maintenance (such as standard consumable changes) on various types of manufacturing equipment; Troubleshooting of minor hardware/software issues on tools
Forming/executing plans for continuous improvements on tools or processes within the manufacturing environment
