Job Description:

Develop Agile and Scrum prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint. Use data to help the teams assess their Scrum Maturity. Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance. Oversee teams to deliver capabilities using Agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met. Partner with managers to convey their concerns to teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards. Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of product and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Interact with internal customers. Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Requirement: Prior experience as an Agile Scrum Master is requested. Project and Program Management experience in the Financial industry is preferred. ? Business Acumen, Consulting Skills, and proven proficiency in Relationship Building is a must.? Candidate should be extremely adaptable and have the ability to manage multiple highly complex projects.? Attention to detail and an ability to convey relevant information at summary and detailed levels is a key factor to success in this role.? Requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, and other departments involved.? Project reporting, governance and transparency is very essential, and must be demonstrated through previous projects and success.? Ability to plan, execute, and finalize Bank projects according to timelines, milestone events and within budget. ? Ability to help define project objectives, scope and requirements, and ensure high levels of development and project execution throughout its lifecycle.? Requires experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.?
