Typical duties include planning certain parts of the project, monitoring its progress, coordinating meetings, and overseeing memebers of the project team.Position Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information Coordinate with sub-contractors to prepare project schedule Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve Help prepare budgets Analyze risks and opportunities Oversee project procurement management Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Assist in preparation and acceptance of submittalsQUALIFICATIONSProven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roleExperience in project management, from conception to deliveryAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plansSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with risk management and quality assurance controlEDUCATIONS and/or WORK EXPERIENCE:BS in Business Administration or related fieldOne + years of experience in the road surfacing industry, emulsion plants and project management experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.Wage Compensation:$60,000-$80,000/Annual Salary D.O.E.Equal Opportunity Employer: AFFIRMATIVE ACTION STATEMENT:Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer, and consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status or any other protected factor under federal, state or local law.PI208474649
