Responsibilities:
--- Educate and counsel customers on the best home financing solutions
--- Prequalify loan applicants by analyzing financial background
--- Provide applicants with information regarding the loan application process
--- Obtain a complete loan application including all supporting documents to process the loan
--- Resolve customer needs in an expeditious and professional manner
--- Manage a pipeline of loans
--- Ensure a smooth transaction by communicating with all parties in the transaction

Qualifications:

--- Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
--- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
--- Proficiency with Encompass or similar Loan Originating Software
--- Dedication to growing yourself and your skills
--- Desire to grow and be coachable with the best leadership in the industry
--- 3+ years of experience in working with purchase and refinance borrowers successfully
