Position Overview
The Aesthetic Syndicate
Tempe, AZ preferred. Remote in AZ, NV, NM, or TN considered
Travel up to 20%
As our new People Services Business Partner (PSBP), you will be
responsible for playing a critical role in supporting the
organization's overall growth and health by delivering strategic
and hands-on people services expertise. This role will serve as a
trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring alignment
with business objectives while keeping employee wellness,
compliance, and safety front of mind. The PSBP will help support a
variety of functions, including onboarding, payroll, employee
relations, HRIS management, total rewards, engagement initiatives,
and compliance. Additionally, this role will contribute to the
successful execution of mergers and acquisitions from a people
services perspective.
Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Experience
In Collaboration with Senior Talent Partner(s), enhance the
onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire
experience.
Collaborate with People Services leader and hiring managers to
support workforce planning and talent integration.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and
retention.
Payroll & HRIS Management
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and
timely execution.
Maintain and optimize HRIS systems for efficient data management
and reporting.
Provide HRIS training and support to employees and managers.
Employee Relations & Total Rewards
Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing concerns and
resolving workplace issues.
Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions as
needed.
Support the administration of total rewards programs, including
compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives.
Engagement & Culture
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and
workplace culture.
Partner with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion
(DEI) efforts.
Lead employee feedback initiatives, such as surveys and focus
groups, and develop action plans.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, including
but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA.
Support overall organizational compliance, including healthcare
regulatory requirements.
Develop and enforce PS policies and procedures to mitigate
risk.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best
practices.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
With direction from the leader of People Services, help deliver
seamless due diligence efforts in M&A activities.
Help execute integration strategies for newly acquired
employees.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in People Services, Business Administration, or
related field preferred; High school diploma required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of People Services (HR) experience, with at
least 2 years in a Generalist or Business Partner role.
Experience in the healthcare industry required.
Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions, including PS
due diligence and integration.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best
practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll processing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while
maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dedication to high quality patient care
Detail oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced,
high-volume work environment.

Physical Demands
This position may require the ability to lift and carry up to 30
pounds, sit for extended periods, and engage in frequent standing
or walking. Candidates should have good visual and auditory acuity,
manual dexterity, and clear communication skills.
