Summary/Objective: Rogers Corporation is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate III responsible for timely cash application and sales processing through various systems resulting in accurate accounts receivable balances as consolidated in the company's financial statements. This position will also evaluate customers, provide credit analysis, manage collection activity and manage relationships internally and external to Rogers Corporation. Essential Functions: * Responsible for identifying opportunities and recommending improvements to the efficiency of all Accounts Receivable processes and procedures. * Timely and accurate application of cash receipts related to trade and non-trade receivables as well as processing of refunds to customers. * Develop and maintain professional working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders related to customer balances and collection responsibilities. * Routinely review and analyze new and existing customers for credit worthiness. Maintain accurate records and updates for customer reviews. Report summary of changes, analysis of current risks and proactive actionable suggestions. * Responsible for monthly close procedures including general ledger account reconciliation. * Responsible for providing supporting documentation to internal and external auditors. * Responsible for completion of ad hoc projects related to integration or operational improvement.
