Job Description:

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for all sales activities in assigned territory, accounts and/or channels. This position will play a key role in increasing revenue with high proficiency in the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline development to closing mid-market to large enterprise deals.----Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate:Consistent, verifiable track-record at or above quotaCan articulate how they achieved their sales goals and how to repeat performanceHas sold technology solutions within QSR/Fast Casual & Retail & has existing contactsDemonstrates appropriate urgency in how they build pipeline and close salesHas been trained or strong familiarity with Challenger or SPIN Selling conceptsPrincipal Duties: ----------------Prospecting for new customers until SDR team is established in early 2020----------------Developing a strong value thesis for each respective prospect----------------Presenting and articulating Mobivity's value through outcomes, not just presenting products----------------Monitoring competitors and products to provide improvements to current suite of products----------------Track record of outperforming quota and advancing prospects through the sales stages----------------Other duties as assignedSpecific Responsibilities included but are not limited to:----------------Ability to closely understand the sales process and meeting revenue goals----------------Sell solutions into marketing agencies and brands from concept through to execution----------------Skillfully present Mobivity as the best solution to CMOs over other alternatives and competitors----------------Create customer concepts/proposals new clients based upon their marketing goals and objectives----------------Collaborate effectively with sales team to optimize revenue performance across industry verticals QUALIFICATIONS:--Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.--The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.--Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education & Experience: ----------------Bachelor's degree preferred----------------Minimum (5) years of outside enterprise sales experience within the Agency and/or key verticals ----------------Vertical experience required in Restaurant, Retail, Personal Care and/or C-Store----------------Strong understanding of the mobile, Point of Sales (POS), data/analytics ecosystem is a plus----------------Strong cold prospecting experience preferred (Until SDR team is built out in early 2020)----------------Experience developing leads, setting appointments, and conducting face-to-face client meetings----------------Experience working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment----------------Excellent computer skills, including the full MS Office suite, Salesforce, and Google suite----------------Ability to utilize technology tools available such as email, telephone, seminars, webinars, conference calls, instant messenger, social media and other forms of electronic communication.
