This will enable the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure group to more effectively own, manage and govern the business and operational requirements needed to complete the strategy and planning requirements around Wells Fargo---s Infrastructure services.--The candidate must be experienced with all aspects of strategy, from ideation, inception, design through to planning, execution, and ongoing management and measurement. He or she must be comfortable as a leader and a contributor in a dynamic, fast-paced team. The candidate must also be experienced and skilled in all forms of communication, presentation design and with stakeholder engagement and relationship building, as interfacing with executives and senior managers who are sponsors, owners, and key partners of the various segment strategies and baseline initiatives is a core part of the role.--Specific responsibilities include:

  • Partner across the Technology Strategy team(s), Risk mgmt. team, business leaders and advisors to bring together a comprehensive Strategy and Planning solutions for the company--
  • Provide strategy development and execution support on the various aspects of Technology Infrastructure Transformation
  • Evaluation of strategic opportunities and business cases
  • Drive companywide strategic initiatives and work streams
  • Formulation of strategic plans for new initiatives
  • Development, enhancement, and management of critical program structures and processes
  • Development of executive communications and presentation of materials
  • Identify cross-functional synergies and opportunities
  • Lead or support development and, in some instances, management of pilots or proof of concepts to evaluate new ideas and determine viability
  • Understand and shape the organization---s strategy, priorities, mission, and objectives--
  • Conduct research and data analysis to inform business decisions (Market Intel on: Customer, Competitor, Industry, Technology, etc.)
  • Collaborate and partner with business areas to analyze and design new / improved business processes which will align with future strategies and on-going business as usual processes including developing:--
    • Measurement systems and dashboards--
    • Management systems and tools
    • Target Operating models--
    • Business Process Management
    • Personas and Customer Journey Maps
    • Readiness and Organizational Change mgmt -- Required Qualifications
      • 7+ years of technology experienceDesired Qualifications
        • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
        • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior managementOther Desired Qualifications
          • Ability to conduct original qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive insights and understanding
          • Ability to distill research and insights into actionable recommendations
          • Ability to operationalize conceptual strategy into concrete, executable plans
          • Comfort operating in an environment where priorities and responsibilities evolve rapidly
          • Experience supporting or leading pilots or proof of concepts
          • Ability to articulate complex concepts into succinct, easily digestible ideas
          • Change Management experience

          • Outstanding PowerPoint and visual design skills, able to make complex topics into simple designs and graphics

          • Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
          • Experience with strategy development and implementation
          • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
          • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
          • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
          • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
          • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
          • Ability to manage concurrent and changing deadlines, quickly assess issues and concerns while bringing those issues to quick resolution

          • 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Strategy and Planning, Market Intelligence, Lean Six Sigma, Strategic Communications, Transformation, Innovation and or Design thinking
