Business Operations/Compliance Specialist. This position will be

This position's standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule
allows an employee to work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday

below.Qualifications - External
Basic Qualifications:1. Completion of the following years of
experience in Supply Chain Management: a. 13 years' experience with
a Master's Degree in a Business and/or STEM (Science, Technology
Engineering or Mathematics) b. 15 years' experience with a
Bachelor's Degree in a Business and/or STEM (Science, Technology
Engineering or Mathematics) c. 19 years' experience no degree2.
Working knowledge of Federal Subcontract file management and
FAR/DFARs Compliance.3. Demonstrated success in leading managers
and/or professionals to achieve projects cost, performance, and
schedule requirements.4. Ability to travel domestically and
internationally (may be required).5. U.S citizen and ability to
obtain US Government Secret clearance.Preferred
Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in interfacing seamlessly
with functional teams, customers and suppliers/subcontractors in an
IPT structure.
Salary Range: 111400 - 167000
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
