Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 5-7 years of experience. Line of Business Job Description:The Standardized Reporting team in DWO; Reporting Analytics and Monitoring (RAM) (Document Workflow Organization; Reporting Analytics & Monitoring) monitors and reconciles inbound and outbound correspondence and provides other reporting in support of DWO functions. One of the goals of the reporting team is to create sophisticated, value-added analytics and reporting solutions that support operational efficiency for our partners in DWO and correspondence functions enterprise wide. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working independently and reprioritize workload as needed. - Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking and analytical skills are critical as are relationship management and the ability to mentor junior associates. Associates are expected to think strategically and seize opportunities to improve reporting; assist in strengthening the position of the business through a robust suite of metrics The ideal candidate will be able to take the wide range of data we have around correspondence and create meaningful reporting that helps our partners visualize trending and identify opportunities to provide excellent customer service. Key job responsibilities include: Reporting

  • Manage the publication of reports
  • Build reporting with an eye towards automation and efficiency
  • Act as a reporting liaison within DWO, Technology, and the broader enterprise
  • Ensure accuracy of information; perform validation, quality assurance and timely resolution
  • Escalate anomalies found in data and resulting reports; following up to ensure resolution Opportunities
    • Seek and identify opportunities to enhance reporting
    • Know the business and understand, anticipate and drive reporting evolution
    • Ensure timely publishing of all reports and process change requests in a timely fashion
