The Business Banking Talent Acquisition team is made up of professionals who provide strategic hiring for Business Banking roles across the company.
Business Banking develops strategic advice and solutions to more than 25,000 companies with annual revenue of $5 million to $50 million.
Overview and Responsibilities:
Accountable for enhancing the Talent Acquisition team's ability to rapidly identify, target, source and present the most talented candidates for current and future opportunities

Create strategies and supporting actions that leverage external partnerships

Develop thorough knowledge of our business and positions and effectively conduct research to gain a deep knowledge of the marketplace

Develop strong relationships with hiring teams and leverage their networks to generate diverse candidate pools increasing candidate pipelines in identified target industries, functions, and skills

Research and identify candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining and participate in external events to network and source

Provide real-time market intel

Attend and participate in recruitment team meetings

Demonstrated strong problem solving skills

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an ambiguous environment with competing demands

Ability to develop processes and procedures that scale, increase efficiency, and maximize impact

Focus on diversity, connected to diversity organizations, networks, and events.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years sourcing experience, ideally gained in the financial services industry or sales related fields

Extensive knowledge of cold calling, networking and internet research techniques

Proficient in direct and indirect sourcing using LinkedIn, websites, user groups, social media, networks, events and other recruiting channels, tools and databases

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to multi-task

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
