Job Description:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst.This Senior
Finance Analyst will report to the Finance Manager supporting
Foundational Hosting Platform, Datacenter Management, and
Technology Resiliency & Disaster Recovery, part of the Enabling
Functions Technology Finance Team.Strong financial technical
acumen, experience with Technology Asset Management and ordering of
Technology Assets, critical thinking skills, the proven ability to
develop meaningful analytics that drive decision-making and
fostering a culture of collaboration, sound controls, and
continuous improvement will be determining factors in selection.
The Senior Finance Analyst will be recognized for accomplishments

incumbent will:**+ Act as the trusted business partner to the
Technology Infrastructure teams, and the enabling organizational
leaders and their respective teams that this role will support.+
Hold dual responsibility for both in-depth financial
reporting/analysis and as a key stakeholder supporting Vendor
Operations.+ Ensure proper preparation of financials for operating
reviews and reports; financial ownership for business cases; and
ad-hoc financial analyses.+ Play a key role in managing the
financial processes for the monthly results close and financial
forecast/budget updates for the respective organizations within
Technology Infrastructure that this role will support. Provide
insight through meaningful and actionable analytics.+ Support
ongoing vendor operational needs for datacenter technology,
including:+ Ordering datacenter technology hardware assets and
cabling; and+ Overseeing annual renewals and net-new datacenter
hardware break/fix maintenance and datacenter 'co-location'
contracts through analysis and update of inventories, space/power
needs, and completing regular forecast updates.+ Provide financial
advice and guidance for strategic planning as well as to business
level plans.+ Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, seek to enhance
or transform current processes that can benefit from improvements,
and take ownership in pushing things forward and making progress.+
Drive transparency, cost simplification, and value measurement.+
Play a key role in managing the financials for the Technology
Infrastructure portfolio planning and metrics development for the
Technology Infrastructure organizations this role supports.+
Exercise sound judgement, while applying an appropriate level of
skepticism, review, and challenge through collaborative partnership
with the Technology Infrastructure leadership team.+ Uphold and
maintain a balance between risk mitigation and operational
efficiency.+ Ensure regulatory, data, and controls compliance for
all processes/programs undertaken by business finance teams.+ Build
relationships and partner closely with all Wells Fargo Technology
leaders, partner across the Corporate Finance and Business Finance
organizations, as well as Wells Fargo Third-Party
Vendors.**Required Qualifications, US:**+ 4+ years of Finance
experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination
