About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst to join Enterprise Metadata and Lineage Operations... In this role, you will:

• Lead cross organizational change to align with metadata strategy and a risk based approach to metadata management.
• Develop user centric communications and job aids to enable process and tooling capabilities
• Produce executive level business reviews to demonstrate measurements, roadmaps and accomplishments.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to manage risk, align to enterprise standards and changing requirements
• Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of metadata standards and processes
• Adhere and consult on data governance standards and procedures
• Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members
• Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy
• Represent organization in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies
• Partner with groups and various levels of seniority companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications, International:

      • 5+ years learning and communications development and implementation
      • 2+ years change management

      • 2+ years moderate to large scale implementation experience
