Job Description The Contact Center Operation Analyst (CCOA )
takes information on prospective student leads gathered from
corporate events and other functions, and enters them into an
electronic data system for storage, analysis, and outreach by
various departments. The DES enters information into our system on
a daily basis, utilizing appropriate quality control measures to
ensure that data entry is accurate and complete. The DES will
retain data (both hard copies and electronic data) in their proper
place, and will update systems appropriately to reflect proper
advisor assignment for distributed leads in the system. Essential
Job Duties: Enter all prospective student unassigned online
application inquiries into Talisma. Enter all prospective student
event lead inquiries into Talisma. Monitor and verify lead entries
to ensure no duplication of leads. Ensure the assigned enrollment
services advisor is linked to OAP applicants. Provide daily,
weekly, and monthly reports as needed. Performs other job-related
duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Experience with
high-volume typing or data entry with low error rate. Minimum
typing speed of 45 words per minute. Proficient in Microsoft
Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Technologically savvy to be able to handle multiple programs, such
as our standard CRM, CVue, web pages, etc. and also additional
software such as SharePoint / InfoPath. Strong analytical skills to
research, compile, and analyze data and reports from numerous
sources. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good
communication skills, both written and verbal. Good customer
service skills. Education: Bachelor---s Degree Preferred. Minimum
