an industry-leading provider for prime satellite and payload

possible. LMDS has an opening for a Principal Financial Analyst to
join the Rates and Budgets team of qualified, diverse individuals.
This position will be located in Chandler, Arizona. Primarily
responsibilities include:
- Interface with efficiency "champions" in all functional areas
across the business in developing strong Executive Summaries and
Basis of Estimates (BOEs) to support the calculated savings for
each efficiency
- Collaborate with Finance Efficiency team members to prepare,
finalize, and distribute efficiencies for Program review and
harvesting (through EACs or FPRP)
- Track and report quarterly metrics to LV's Executive Leadership
team Other responsibilities may include:
- Coordinate with budget owners to prepare annual FPRP
submission
- Track and analyze monthly variances between actuals and FPRP
planned budget
- Prepare and present monthly status and recommended forecast
updates to LV leadership
- Support the development of common processes and create or
maintain existing process documentationA successful candidate
should be self-motivated and have strong written and oral
communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, and
technical skills (e.g. Costpoint, Excel, PowerPoint). Candidate
will work in a team environment with LV Operations and Business
Management personnel to develop common processes and must be able
to interface with various levels of management. Candidate will have
the ability to identify problems or gaps in the financial or
modeling systems, solve problems in a creative manner, and
implement opportunities for improvement Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management
(or a related field) from an accredited institution with 5+ years
of professional experience in accounting, finance or business - OR
- a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management (or
a related field).
- Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite, especially MS Excel
- Experience successfully managing and producing data with strict
deadlines
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred
Qualifications:
- Cognos TM1, Cognos Reports and Costpoint/SAP a plus but not
required.

schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows an employee to work a
nine-hour day Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday

$108,600 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
