Our bakery-cafes are supported by 20 Fresh Dough Manufacturing Facilities that deliver fresh dough 7 days a week 363 days per year.We currently have several openings for Production Associates at our Fresh Dough Facility in our Chandler, AZ. facility, we make the bread, bagel, and roll dough that is delivered fresh to our local bakery-cafes, 7 days a week. Experience in food production, sanitation, or similar manufacturing would be helpful but is not required. Production associates work a minimum 10-hour early morning/day or evening shifts, typically starting at 3 am, but shifts working as late as 3 pm.Interested candidates can apply in person Mon. - Fri. from 9AM - 2PM at our facility located at 590 N. 54th Street Suite Chandler, AZ 85226. Qualifications and Experience A High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required Lifting a maximum of 50 lbs. on a regular basis Being on your feet throughout the shift Demonstrated consistent prior employment in a fast paced environment is required Prior experience with manufacturing in an industry with an emphasis on quality, process control and safety is preferred Basic math skills Proven ability to work independently while performing a variety of production tasks Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays based on business needJob Type: Full-timePay: From $14.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Holidays Overtime Weekend availabilityWork Location: One location
