About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to be partof the Supply Chain Business Management team. SCM Business Management is accountable for the business support routines and controls that maintain business operations and advance strategic priorities of Supply Chain, including strategic initiatives management; organizational change management; internal and strategic communications, brand, and content management; stakeholder management; team onboarding, training, and development; financial management and oversight, and business continuity and resiliency. This role reports to the SCM Business Management Director. The Talent and Training lead will be a key contributor in driving talent and training priorities and programs in collaboration with the executive leaders of Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with functional leaders to define and document talent and training priorities, project plans, and procedures
  • Build comprehensive talent and training strategies, drive engagement, and execute programs and initiatives aligned to key priorities, leveraging best practices and deep understanding of how the business operates
  • Determine the most appropriate strategy, methodologies, and technologies to deliver learning program objectives
  • Use appropriate tools and delivery methods to produce blended learning materials
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of training and development tactics, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations; adjusting strategies and optimizing approaches based on performance metrics
  • Provide oversight and direction to team involved in execution of training programs
  • Contribute to a high-performing team by sharing best practices in support of training and development excellence
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceRequired Qualifications, US:
    • 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects / priorities
      • Strong executive presence and comfort working with and advising senior management
      • Analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and strategies
      • Detail-oriented with fantastic follow-through skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills-including effective storytelling and presentation skills
      • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a cross-functional, virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and / or professional services a plus
      • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity
      • Proficient in MS Office suite-including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointJob Expectations:
