Develops a deep understanding of the businesscustomer and builds strong relationships with partners. Delivers value through data analysis and reporting and adapts to changing business needs.We are looking to hire a Reporting Analyst Senior for our Noblr Team. This position can be worked out of any regional location: San Antonio, Phoenix, Colorado, Tampa, Charlotte, Plano, or Chesapeake. It also has the option of working remotely in the U.S.Job RequirementsJob DutiesIdentifies and handles existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities.Facilitates business projects of high complexity, size and visibility ensuring partners champion decision making data needs.Leads or directs the design, development and implementation and provides oversight of the maintenance of complex and sometimes unique business solutions, which may include data, reporting, business intelligence or analytics.Utilizes a comprehensive understanding of multiple data structures and sources to Lead or direct complex and sometimes unique data manipulation using advanced data extraction and analytical tools and techniques.Recognizes the connection between the business operations and analytics to influence business strategies and solutions.Develops innovative reporting and story-telling approaches to address business problems and solutions.Responsible for ensuring operational reports are complete, deliver accurate data, and in compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.Coordinates inputs from multiple sources, synthesizes data information and creates qualitative commentary capturing key messages.Minimum ExperienceBachelor's degree or 4 additional years (10 Total) of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.6 years of experience in data analysisextraction, statistics, data management, analytics andor data reporting.Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Advanced knowledge of data reportinganalysis tools and techniques and ability to use SQL andor Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts.Advanced troubleshooting prehensive understanding of compliance, risk management, and data security frameworks.Experience in creating automated reports and interactive visualizations using tools such as Python and Tableau.Preferred Experience2 years' experience with Python or R and applicable visualization libraries (e.g., ggplot).Demonstrated experience with querying, cleaning, and data wrangling for exploratory data analysis (EDA).Demonstrated skills in understanding and correcting data discrepancies, identifying data anomalies, and root cause pensation:USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $97,200 - $175,000.Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.Shift premium will be addressed on an individual basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.Benefits:At USAA our employees enjoy best-in-class benefits to support their physical, financial, and emotional wellness.
