--- Develop standards for labor, material, and equipment estimates

--- Maintain and update standard estimates

--- Develop and review final estimates for all projects

--- Enter final estimates into company budgeting software

--- Review scope documents with the sales team and confirm specs

--- Communicate with procurement to ensure all costs are up to date

--- Review project documentation to gain a full understanding of the project requirements

--- Collect and analyze data by assembling proposals, drawings, specs, and related documents

--- Attend project site walks and conduct site analysis and pre-bid for improved project understanding

--- Work with the project management team on change orders

--- Assist the business development team with qualifying clients
