organization is seeking a Financial Analyst - Senior Level -
Financial Planning & Analysis, to support our Chandler, AZ site.
This individual will support the Controller's Office and help
provide the financial outlook for our Launch Vehicles Business
Unit. This role will offer a hybrid working schedule and will be
required to be in office 2-days per week.Job duties and
responsibilities, will include, but are not limited to, the
following:Create financial forecasts budget and provide regular
budget forecast updatesAssist with the LRSP Creation for the full
5-year plan to include Key Line Metrics, including balance sheet
and cash flowAnalyze actual costs to budgets and forecastsPresent
at various monthly Executive ReviewsAssist with consolidation of
all other FP&A metrics for Management reviewSupport the testing
and maintenance of the Financial ModelSupport and perform ad-hoc
what if modeling and reportingAudit support with the government
DCMA/DCAAMaking recommendations for change to optimize the
profitability of the companyThe ideal candidate will possess the
following qualities:Knowledge: Broad knowledge with techniques in
collecting data, analyzing information, generating
reports.Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify problems or
gaps in the financial or modeling systems, solve problems in a
creative manner, and implement opportunities for
improvementModeling skills: Must be able to implement complex
modeling tools to improve the financial performance of the
organizationOrganizational and time management skills: Must be able
to work within time constraints while managing multiple
prioritiesCommunication skills: Must possess great oral and written
communication skills to effectively execute job
responsibilitiesCollaborative skills: Must be able to work together
with people from different units as required to help them address
financial or system issuesProject management skills: Should have
the ability to accomplish projects working with and through others
including consistently documenting procedures to address
problems.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years' work
experience in a position that includes FP&A or Budget analysis
- OR - Master's Degree and 7+ years' work experience in a position
that includes FP&A or Budget analysis (an additional 4+ years
of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree)Advanced
working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including expertise in
Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas, pivots, charts, and
graphsPreferred Qualifications:CAS and FAR knowledgeCognos TM1
Planning Analytics, Cognos Reports and Costpoint experienceSalary
Range: $92,400 USD - $138,600 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
