    Job Summary
    This position will support and coordinate large-scale expansion of effective implementation of AAC&U's High-Impact Practices across the college. It will also support promising innovations in additional integrative learning pedagogies that align with the college's vision for student success at CGCC. A main priority will be to facilitate collaboration among departments and initiatives, including working with community partners when appropriate, to create multiple opportunities for meaningful, layered learning experiences for all CGCC students, including and especially at-risk students and those that have been historically underserved by higher education.

    Essential Functions
    30% - Serves as a liaison and program representative; develops partnerships and recommendations to further program development efforts; participates on committees, task forces, councils and/or with other stakeholder groups by providing consultation related to assigned program or function

    Consults with faculty, staff, business/community representatives, partner organizations, and other stakeholders on large-scale High-Impact Practice/integrative learning program design and development
    Provides guidance and knowledge of CGCC's High Impact Practice/integrative learning initiatives to multiple stakeholders across campus
    30% - Develops, promotes and coordinates assigned program events, including logistics and expenditures

    10 % - Researches industry standards, trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and makes recommendations for implementation

    10% - Monitors and assists with data collection; analyzes data, prepares related reporting, and disseminates information

    Analyzes program data to determine effectiveness, quality and outcomes; recommends modifications or additions for program improvement and success
    10 % - Develops and delivers presentations, correspondence and other program communication materials

    Prepares or coordinates the production of reports, publications, correspondence, program materials, and other related program information
    10 % - May plan, organize, and assign the work of staff if serving as a lead worker; may plan, organize, assign, supervise, review, and evaluate the work of staff if assigned supervision; Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and four (4) full-time equivalent years of related program management experience, preferably in an educational setting.

    OR

    Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and six (6) full-time equivalent years of related program management experience, preferably in an educational setting.

    OR

    High School Diploma or GED and eight (8) full-time equivalent years of related program management experience, preferably in an educational setting.

    Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Experience coordinating educational programs or coordinating programs in a Higher Education setting
  • Experience teaching in a Higher Education setting or facilitating workshops, trainings, or presentations with adult learners
  • Experience in event coordination
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and/or experience in assessment & research
  • Demonstrated evidence of effective communication (via cover letter and resume and/or other professional publications/grant writing experience)
  • Experience cultivating partnerships with a variety of stakeholders

    Special Working Conditions

  • May be required to lift or carry up to 10lbs
  • May be required to work at multiple sites or locations
