Job Description:MSR-FSR is looking for a Mechanical Technician
to join our team in Chandler, AZ.The Mechanical Technician will be
responsible for system repair, maintenance, and operations of
Mechanical Systems for the semiconductor industry. The technician
must have facilities operations knowledge / experience in all of
the following project items: Exhaust Systems, Chillers, Boilers,
Compressors, Pumps, and HVAC.Responsibilities:
Support of the maintenance of
mechanical and process systems Daily interface with operations
personnel and facilities engineers and other technicians to
coordinate project work in a live running factoryCompleting
detailed work plans and workplace documentationTroubleshooting of
controls including wiring and instrumentation etc. -Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude and industry
experienceMust be able to execute work plans for maintenance,
repair, conversion work to be conducted without any unplanned
impacts i.e. rotating equipment, workarounds, FATs and bringing
systems back onlineUnderstanding of overall system operations from
a facilities standpointTroubleshooting of field devices and control
hardware and softwareStrong understanding of HVAC equipment and CHW
and HW process systems and operationPrefer experience with all
types of Mechanical instrumentation including Flow, Pressure,
Temperature, Humidity, Control Valves, AFD's etc. installation and
applicationSemiconductor facility experience preferableThis is a
