Scheduler(Commercial Construction)JOB DESCRIPTIONA dynamic contractor in the area is looking for a driven Scheduler--as they continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have experience as an cost control specialist with an engineering background.--They have a strong and highly skilled group focused on teamwork and collaboration. Their compensation package is competitive including bonuses and a 401K program.Scheduler Skills and Duties:

• Knowledge of various construction industry markets
• Excellent knowledge of construction practices, methods, trends, and crew data
• Advanced knowledge and specific expertise in construction materials, means, and methods
• Ability to independently apply advanced analysis techniques, demonstrate experience in oversight of construction projects
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a threat of harm to self or others
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and to analyze data to make informed decisions
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Extreme attention to detail and a high level of organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills--Scheduler--Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of Cost/Buyer experience in an industrial environment
  • 4-5 years of Industrial Construction Scheduling experience
  • 2-3 years of Project Management/Project Coordinator experience
  • Familiar with Foundation, Procore, and other Project Management Tools
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suites/Project (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)APPLY TODAY!
