Located in the Phoenix Ariz. suburb of Chandler the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 338-bed not-for-profit hospital with more than 2500 employees and almost 1000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Responsibilities Responsibe for maintaining installing and replacing hospital equipment as directed on work requests. Provides support for other Maintenance personnel as required. Performs routine maintenance on following systems: Plumbing Electrical Patient Beds HVAC and Refrigeration.
Qualifications
Specialized training and/or experience in three or more of the following areas: Refrigeration certification HVAC (Chillers Air Handlers Cooling Towers) Pneumatic or Electromechanical Controls Boilers Water Treatment Plumbing Electrical Pumps and Motors Energy Management Control System.
Five (5) years experience in a general maintenance or similar position.
High School Diploma GED or Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
