Join a team that makes you feel like family!Job Duties:As you might expect, customer solutions and team leadership is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:Expected to learn the scope of all projects, participate and attend all project hand-off meetings and company operation meetings, understand each projects scope and exclusionsProvide project updates during regular Project Management meetingsAssign crews / Foremen to projectsReview material and cut sheets from foremen for accuracy and completenessUpon review, send orders and cut sheets to purchasingVisit each active project weekly, providing quality control and project management oversightManage the performance of your team of Foremen, technicians, and tradesmenLead the training and development of your Foremen, specifically on how to properly fill out their paperwork and to draw cut sheetsConduct periodic job walks with both Company and Customer representativesCoordinate workforce planning and forecasting with the Service DepartmentSalary: DOEShift: Monday Friday ScheduleWhy Join SunState?Train and develop your skillsetAdvancement OpportunitiesSupportive managementReputable and established companyRequirements:A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.Experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC systemsOrganized and clear communicationPassion for safetyPandoLogic.
