As part of the Business Excellence Team in Wells Fargo Auto, the Business Support Consultant 3 role will be responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs with a focus on issue management. Working closely with the line of business, successful candidates will have experience with either Servicing Operations (payments, payoffs, collateral management, insurance), Early Stage Collections, Late Stage Collections, Repossession, and/or Bankruptcy; in-depth knowledge in compliance and/or operational risk management; and/or direct experience with the enterprise Issue Management Policy and executing a portfolio of corrective actions. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Proactively manage assigned SHRP Issues/Corrective Actions or work efforts supporting the Wells Fargo Auto Operations organization. - Identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, develop and implement corrective actions, and ensure solutions are controlled and successfully mitigate the risk. - Ensure risks and mitigation strategies are identified early and communicated effectively to management. - Work with all levels of management and key partners to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure strategy, policies and line of business objectives are met. - Lead issue teams with sense of urgency to create resolution, close issues and care for customers and team members in a controlled, risk-focused environment. - Lead through challenging and stressful situations and take control of situations; provide thoughtful leadership through situations and issues that arise through the project work. - Prepare, facilitate and execute meetings via conference call, online and in-person. Focus on effective use of time through careful planning and execution. - Develop and maintain necessary documentation for issues resolution. - May support and drive strategic initiatives for the business. Required Qualifications: - 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning Desired Qualifications: - Knowledge and understanding of auto finance industry - Knowledge and understanding of Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) such as reporting and issue management - Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions - Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution - Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases - Ability to manage tactical or strategic initiatives - Project management experience - Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities - Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment - Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills - Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders - Risk and regulatory compliance experience - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Job Expectations: - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time How to Express Interest in This Job: Wells Fargo invites you to apply for this job at ************************************************************************************************************* & FOCUS=Applicant & SiteId=1 & JobOpeningId=******* & PostingSeq=1.
