Doing: Drive Financial Success : Ensure all budget and financial
projections are met, guiding each location to achieve and exceed
targets. Lead & Inspire : Recruit and retain high-quality
management talent, ensuring that each team member delivers
exceptional results. Champion Business Excellence : Implement and
monitor business controls, customer service strategies, and company
policies at all levels. Field Leadership : Conduct regular visits
to store locations, ensuring that Wingstop standards and policies
are followed to the letter. Ongoing Development : Lead training
programs to improve staff performance, enhance customer service,
and build a winning culture. Marketing & Strategy : Collaborate on
district-level marketing strategies and ensure promotions and
initiatives are effectively executed. Staffing & Retention :
Develop strategies to achieve optimal staffing levels and retain
top talent in every location. Maintain Food Safety & Compliance :
Ensure all food safety standards, health regulations, and
sanitation protocols are rigorously followed. Audit & Compliance :
Oversee audits and ensure compliance with labor, safety, and
operational regulations, as well as control of cash, products, and
equipment. Administrative Excellence : Complete all required
reports and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. What
