Identifies client service and sales needs and then transfers clients to appropriate department. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting. May answer inquiries and resolve problems. Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Requires strong customer service skills.
