Job Description SUMMARY The Sales Associate will work with the Senior Sales Rep to increase revenue and distribution of Hensley's portfolio of products at all assigned retail establishments. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts. Resolve service complaints and respond to special customer requests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to the following. Work with Senior Sales Rep to develop daily/weekly plans, evaluate opportunities and problems in the trade, delivery concerns, quality control or merchandising issues, or any other matters deemed necessary by the Senior Sales Rep. Set objectives and review priorities for execution in the trade. Evaluate each account for revenue driving opportunities across all portfolio categories and collaborate with Senior Sales Rep on a course of action Re-stock, organize, and fill all shelves, coolers, and displays in within route accounts. Ensure shelves, displays, and back stock are rotated in accordance with Hensley's product freshness standards. Seek and discuss distribution and feature opportunities in assigned retail accounts. Install POS as directed by the Senior Sales Rep. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
