Strong emphasis on work/life balance We Take Care of Our People Salary range: $82,000$87,000 (annualized) Achievable bonus structure Competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability) 401(k) employer match Generous paid time off Parking and mileage reimbursement Stocked office snacks, coffee, and treats (including healthy options) Monthly team activities (trivia nights, holiday parties, and more) Work you will do as an ISOutsourceAccount Executive: Identifyand qualify new opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals Own outbound engagement strategies andmaintaina healthy pipeline Analyzeprospectneeds and recommend tailored, value-driven solutions Represent ISOutsource at industry/community events to build relationships and brand presence Meet with prospects and customers locally to lead discovery, demos, and solution discussions Create and present customized proposals and supporting materials Partner with Marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives Use data to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness Forecast monthly performance and contribute to revenue planning Track and report progress against KPIs with actionable insights Perform other duties as assigned WhatWereLooking For Youllthrive in this role if you have: A strong customer service mindset and consultative approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and follow-through Confidence working independently and collaboratively A proven, measurabletrack record(goals vs. results, revenue, close rate, etc.) Nice-to-have experience: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft, ZoomInfo, Zoom, etc. Experience scheduling appointments and presenting to decision-makers Requirements BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience 2 years of business development / sales experience Valid drivers license and insurance Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed ISOutsourceis an equal opportunity firm.
