Job Description Job Description Sales Associate Position: Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish or Mandarin) or English Sales Associate Type: Full-Time Shifts Available: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday) Pay: $19-$20/hr. Responsibilities: 1. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors 2. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office 3. Finish projects assigned by managers 4. Report any inventory or service issues to management immediately 5. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time 6. Maintain and service existing accounts, obtain orders, and reaching out to potential customers leads through cold calling 7. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Requirements: 1. 1 years' sales support experience 2. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite 3. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment 4. Aftermarket Auto parts retail store experience is a big plus 5. Excellent communication skills in English as well as Mandarin or Spanish is a big plus
