Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Globe, AZ Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,600 to $1,760 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $40.00 - $44.00/Hourly. Summary: The Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) performs laboratory testing and analysis on blood, body fluids, tissue, and other specimens to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. They ensure accurate, timely, and reliable test results while maintaining laboratory quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking. Prepare and analyze specimens, ensuring accuracy and quality control. Operate and maintain automated analyzers, microscopes, and laboratory instruments. ?Conduct quality control (QC) checks on laboratory equipment and testing procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of test results, procedures, and QC data. Follow laboratory policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, OSHA). Requirements Requirements: 3 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, ASCP Certification, Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
