Job Summary The Director of Dining Services leads all daily operations for a high?volume, multi?unit dining program operating 24/7 in an acute care setting in North Phoenix, AZ. This role oversees a large team across multiple outlets—including four campus coffee shops and café spaces—ensuring consistently exceptional food quality and service standards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments Drive front-of-house excellence Provide service-focused culture across all units Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account Roll out new culinary programs Assist SR Director of Dining Services to maintain cohesiveness Preferred Qualifications: BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred Multi?unit restaurant leadership Deep experience in front?of?house operations Three to five years of foodservice operation management experience High volume production and catering experience is essential Previous experience managing a budget Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company Apply to Morrison Healthcare today!
