Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the Marketo team by helping various business units (internal customers) develop sophisticated digital marketing strategies and campaigns utilizing our Martech stack.

Critical Duties: Building, deployment and activation of cross-divisional digital marketing campaigns in our marketing automation platform, Marketo. Responsible for driving the vision for how strategic campaign deployment in Marketo helps achieve goals; and defining and implementing best practices across our corporate environment to facilitate in Marketo education to business units/internal clients.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet regularly with business units to discuss strategy and ways to optimize Marketo
• Facilitate operational planning meetings with the Marketo team
• Collaborate with business units to build effective marketing campaigns to drive awareness and increase lead gen
• Work with different regions to execute global strategic campaigns
• Manage day to day operational maintenance in Marketo instance
• Customer service internal clients with any questions on strategy development or campaign creation
• Create digital assets including email templates, landing pages, form creation
• Design and Monitor short and long-term campaign roadmaps and strategies
• Analyze campaign performance, summarize key insights, and offer recommendations to internal clients to guide future campaigns
• Monitor and report performance of lead nurture campaigns and KPIs; work closely with team, identify trends with follow up action
• Should've knowledge of preparing presentations to present to BU's
• Create, manage and optimize lead acquisition campaigns that drive traffic and high quality leads to sales
• Develop buyer's journey and continually refine the process to convert customers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or communications
• 2 years minimum experience in a digital or automation focused position in a fast-paced corporate MarCom department
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Marketo- the automation platform
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively and professionally present orally and in written form to all levels within the company.
• Excellent time management skills - as this role works directly with teams in other regions
• Willingness to work with a team over multiple time zones and regions
• Previous experience in marketing B2B technology products is a plus
